Your complete satisfaction while shopping online is our priority. We want you to be happy at each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product, the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.
We do our level best to make sure you never need to use this policy. However, for clear guideline purpose here are the terms of this policy: 

1. All sales are final unless the item is misrepresented for design, function and features.

2. We offer 100% refund including shipping charges in case you receive a different or damaged product.

3. To qualify for this, you need to check the Item while taking the delivery. In case of any discrepancy or damage, the packet must not be accepted and returned by mentioning the reason for return on the Docket slip. 4. The product must be returned in absolutely original condition as received. 

6. When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in it's in original condition and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange.

7. Your money will be refunded in full within 15 days of receipt of item.
